Torque Measuring Equipment

Torque gauges are small capacity torque measuring equipment with both mechanical and digital models available. Mechanical and digital models are also available with the torque meters – tabletop torque measuring equipment. Torque sensors come in a choice of rotary and fixed types. They are designed to be used while connected to an indicator.

TORQUE GAUGE

The lineup of mechanical and digital torque gauges has models with measuring ranges between 0.5mN・m and 200cN・m. The table attachment (optional) for ATGE and BTGE digital gauges furthermore makes it possible to use as a low capacity analog torque meter.

ATGE/ATGE-G

  • Digital torque gauge series for small torque range 0.1~20cN・m (1~200mN・m) total 6 models.
  • Measurement, inspection and tightening of very small torque.
  • ATGE can be used to check very small torque screwdrivers.

ATG/BTG(-S)

  • Torque gauge series designed to measure low torque from 0.5mN・m to 150cN・m.
  • Measurement, inspection and tightening of very small torque.

TORQUE SENSOR

Torque Measuring product lineup of fixed torque sensors have a measuring range of 0.02N・m and 2000N・m, while the lineup of rotary torque sensors have a measuring range between 1.8N・m and 1800N・m.

TCF

  • Torque sensor for precise checking of various torque devices, and used for inspection of torque tools and nut runners.

TORQUE METER

The torque meters (either mechanical or digital models) with a measuring range between 0.2mN・m and 2000cN・m.

TME2

  • Digital torque meter in addition with data processing function.
  • To check the torque on bottle caps, starting torque test, strength test, and twisting test, etc.

CALIBRATION KIT

Weights are not included in the calibration kit. Use your own weights or order from the link below.
If you aren’t sure about the number of weights required for specific models, ask a Tohnichi sales office.
